Digital Talent Tour

‘We are an orchestra of storytellers’ – and we want to hear your story!

Push your boundaries as a musician, discover a new level of freedom and experiment with new, innovative ways of performing. Challenge the way you think about music – apply for our Digital Talent Tour and take part in exciting live and digital projects that are unconstrained by place and time. The last few months have been a time of exploration and experimentation, and we’ve opened ourselves up to new ways of sharing our music with the world through projects like ‘Musical Chain’. In the same vein, we’re taking our auditions process online – our Talent Tour 2020 was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but where others see challenges, we see an opportunity to unite and empower musicians with ties to the entire Baltic Sea region. For our Digital Talent Tour, create a video for us and show us what you can do. If we like what we hear, we’ll invite you to perform live for our jury through a video conference chat.

Our hallmark is putting on productions that are as exciting to watch as they are to hear. We make use of tools like choreography, lighting, memorisation, improvisation, singing, videography, 3D mapping and collaborations with creators of all kinds. Therefore, we are not so much looking for musicians who can play scores perfectly from the page; rather, we want to see personality, passion and a willingness to experiment. Let both your talent and your personality shine through as if you were playing for us live and in-person!
